Terms of Service

The service

MainStreet Websites (Wardit Al Banafsaj Flowers TR, a company registered in United Arab Emirates) provides website design, development, maintenance, and related services on a subscription basis, under two plans:

• Website Care ($49.99/month): we design, build, and maintain your website. You register and pay for your own domain and hosting account directly with your chosen providers, and both stay in your name and under your control at all times.
• Full-Service Website ($79.99/month): everything in Website Care, plus we manage your website hosting, SSL certificate, and domain configuration, and can purchase/renew one standard domain on your behalf for up to $25/year. Premium or aftermarket domains, business email accounts, paid third-party software, and unusually high traffic, storage, or infrastructure needs are not included.

You are not purchasing a website outright — it is provided as an ongoing service for as long as your subscription remains active, on whichever plan you choose.

Pricing and billing

Both plans are fixed monthly subscription charges, billed automatically to your payment method every billing period until you cancel — neither is a one-time fee. Website Care is $49.99 USD/month and Full-Service Website is $79.99 USD/month. Neither plan has a setup fee or a free trial, and pricing does not vary by usage or quantity.

Your domain

You own your domain on both plans. On Website Care, you register and control it directly — we never have any claim to it. On Full-Service Website, it is registered in your name whenever your registrar allows it; we manage its technical configuration while your subscription is active, but we do not own it, and ending your subscription does not affect your ownership of it.

Refunds

Request a refund of your initial payment within 14 calendar days of that payment by emailing sales@mainstreetwebsite.co. Renewal payments are non-refundable. Your refund is reduced only by actual, non-refundable third-party costs already incurred for your account — for example domain registration or hosting purchased on your behalf — and any such deduction is itemized for you. You keep ownership of any domain purchased for you. Ordinary cancellation is separate from a refund and does not require one.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you're never charged again after that, and nothing is deleted.

Website Care: Future billing stops at the end of your current paid period. Website development, maintenance, content updates, and support end when your subscription ends. Your domain and hosting account are yours and stay fully under your control either way.

Full-Service Website: Future billing stops at the end of your current paid period. Managed hosting ends at that point and your website may be taken offline — your files and data are preserved, never deleted, in case you want to reactivate. Your domain remains yours.

On either plan, your website's files and your data are preserved rather than deleted when a subscription ends, in case you want to come back.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and follow up before treating the subscription as ended. We do not promise automatic suspension of any website — on Full-Service Website, ending managed hosting for non-payment is currently a manual step our team performs; it is not an automated or instant process. As with any other cancellation, website files and customer data are never deleted.
